Service Description
Gentle with a bit of challenge, at an ease-ful and slower pace than most flow classes and an emphasis on connecting the mind and body to the flow of the breath. Every few weeks we will shift focus to explore a different theme, within the context of a well-rounded sequence. This investigative approach offers greater depth of learning than can be achieved when practice is completely different every time. Classes will include a short meditation and focused pranayama (breathwork).
