Reach out for Private Prenatal Classes

We offer private prenatal yoga packages! Our prenatal classes is a great way to add in movement during any stage of your pregnancy! With an emphasis on pelvic floor work we will work with you wherever you are at to help make labor and delivery a little easier. Even if you are freshly post partum and are looking for pelvic floor rehab and stabilization this class is for you! If you are looking for postnatal work you are more than welcome to bring your baby to these private classes!

Try Our New Heated Barre Burn Class

Lindsay will guide you through a fun and upbeat class! Her high energy keeps you smiling so you barely feel the burn. This is a full body workout and a performance enhancing session that is powered by the benefits of red light therapy. As you move through invigorating sequences designed to tone and tighten, the red light works to optimize cellular function, aid in faster recovery and reduce inflammation. Get ready for a fun, challenging and deeply restorative experience that will leave your muscles burning and your body feeling incredible. No barre experience needed!

New and Upcoming Classes!

Starting October 27th we would like to welcome Sybil to the team! She will be teaching Monday mornings at 9am and Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm.  Monday's class we explore unwinding movements to encourage physical openings, particularly in areas of long-held tension or old injury. Based on the work of Tias Little, Don Stapleton, and Thomas Hanna, this approach is particularly effective for individuals who enjoy exploring more subtle aspects of the practice and slowing down. Wednesday will be gentle with a bit of challenge, at an ease-ful and slower pace than most flow classes and an emphasis on connecting the mind and body to the flow of the breath.
